Resident Advocacy 101 Program

The American College of Radiology® (ACR®) State Government Relations staff launched a Resident Advocacy 101 program in 2022 to educate radiology residents about how to become involved in advocating for patients and the profession. In 2022, this program reached more than 160 residents at nine radiology residency programs. Resident Advocacy 101 is a 1-hour presentation, led by ACR government relations staff and state radiological society leaders. The program features presentations explaining how to get involved in state-level advocacy.
